Homes in the area are priced from $240,000 to over $1,000,000 for luxury homes. Options like town homes and condos offer more affordable living options and priced from 169,900 to $260,000.

Ross Bridge Resort and Spa has become famous around the world. This luxury hotel features 259 rooms and a 12,000 square foot spa center, dining rooms, meeting rooms, tennis and fitness facilities, and a championship golf course.

The New York Times called the golf course at Ross Bridge “some of the best public golf on Earth.” The course is 8,191 yards in length and is the newest course on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. There are many amenities to living in the Hoover Birmingham area including entertainment, shopping, dining and cultural activities.

Birmingham is known around the world for it’s attractions. The Talladega Superspeedway is a popular race spot for NASCAR and the International Motor Sports Hall of Fame are features a lot on the history of racing. Other attractions include the Birmingham Museum of Art, the Tannehill Ironworks Historical State Park, and the Alabama Adventure theme park.
